✨ The set is for 4x flat pack party hats. The pom pom is included, colours as per the pictures, the pom pom will already be attached along with the elastic chin strap attached. These hats will be ready for you to fold into a cone and are the perfect way to add colour and fun to a party.
✨ All my hats are created with heavy white paper. The designs are created, printed and cut by me. Please note: Children should be supervised at all times when wearing a party hat. Burdell Design cannot take fault if a hat is incorrectly used or becomes broken/damaged whilst worn or handled by a child.
